How do I book a transport or a removal?
By phone on +420 722 005 222, by email at jacek@prosner.cz or via the form on the Contact page. Tell us the loading and unloading locations, the date, and the dimensions and weight of the load.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually within 24 hours. Urgent shipments are agreed straight away over the phone.
Is PROSNER VAT-registered?
Yes, PROSNER s.r.o. is registered for VAT in the Czech Republic. VAT ID (DIČ): CZ29111005.
§ 02 — Road freight
Road freight.
Which countries do you serve?
We run regularly to Germany, Austria, Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands, and throughout the Czech Republic. The United Kingdom, France, Italy, Switzerland, Slovakia and Hungary are served by arrangement.
What weight and volume can you carry?
A curtain-sider mega trailer carries up to 24 tonnes, with an internal height of up to 3 m and a volume of around 100 m³. Oversize loads of up to 25 tonnes travel on our flatbed trailers.
Do you carry dangerous goods (ADR)?
ADR transport is not our specialism. If you have a one-off job, give us a call and we will look into the options.
§ 03 — Oversize transport
Oversize transport.
When is a load oversize?
In the Czech Republic, when the loaded vehicle exceeds 2.55 m in width, 4 m in height, 16.5 m in length (tractor unit with semi-trailer) or a total weight of 48 t. A permit is then required – and we obtain it for you.
Do you arrange permits and escorts?
Yes. Permits in the Czech Republic and abroad, and the escort vehicle, are part of our service and of our quote.
§ 04 — Unloading without a ramp

What if there is no ramp or forklift on site?
We have three solutions: a trailer with a truck-mounted Moffett forklift, a flatbed truck with a loader crane, and a truck with a tail lift. We recommend whichever best suits the load and the location.
Do you deliver building materials straight to site?
Yes. Our Moffett sets pallets of bricks, blocks or roofing down right on the building site, even on unpaved ground.
§ 05 — Removals and heavy loads

Do you move apartments and households?
Yes. We move apartments, houses, company and government offices, and exhibitions – with or without packing, within the Czech Republic and internationally. On request we carry out a survey and prepare a quotation.
Can you move a safe or a piano?
Yes, it is one of our specialities. Loads of up to 800 kg are moved on stairs without major preparation; pianos travel on a skid board in a dust-proof truck with a tail lift.
Can you move a machine inside a production hall?
Yes. We relocate machinery and industrial equipment of up to 30 tonnes on professional machinery skates – within a building, around a site or between plants.
§ 06 — Insurance
Insurance.
Is my cargo insured?
Yes. Shipments are covered by carrier’s liability insurance under the CMR Convention; removals and handling jobs are insured for the full duration of the work. For high-value goods we recommend additional cargo insurance.
