We process the data you give us through the enquiry form, by email or by phone (name, company, email address, phone number, loading and unloading addresses, description of the job) so that we can prepare a quote and carry out the job. The legal basis is the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract and the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with our legitimate interest in dealing with your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep accounting and tax records because the law requires us to (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Data relating to completed orders is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the period required by law (as a rule, 10 years for accounting records).

We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Our processors may have access to it: our web hosting and email service provider and our external accountant. For international shipments we pass the necessary data to the consignee and to the customs authorities.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. For anonymous visitor statistics we may use analytics that set no cookies and do not identify individuals.

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ – www.uoou.cz).
